Sakura Asian Bistro: Experience Authentic Japanese Cuisine in Nashua

Very clean environment, the employees were super friendly, the bartender (Sam?) was super friendly and made awesome drinks! The food was great and served quickly. The menu had lots to offer both food wise as well as drinks. As busy as it was we were in and out in about 50 minutes.... With a full belly and money left in the wallet. Great restaurant, we will visit again for the hibachi.

Let me start by saying we LOVE IT HERE! This was our first time here for hibachi and the server and chef were very entertaining! The food was delicious and the drinks were good! We also had sushi beer fresh! We went for a family's birthday dinner and we couldn't express the laughter and joy we had because they made us feel comfortable! They had balloons for the little ones to take home and play with. He didn't rush us. We enjoyed our every last minute. Overall all the staff there was NICE and very FRIENDLY. We will DEFINITELY RETURN! Recommend this place! Appreciate all the staff for great hospitality!

Me an my family came in tonight around 530pm to celebrate my birthday, we had a large group and the staff were amazing. The Staff were friendly cheerful and made the evening very enjoyable. Some of us got the hibachi and the two chefs cooking for us were perfect they made the night. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone i know. THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING MY BDAY PERFECT

I visited Sakura Asian Bistro Friday night for a farewell dinner for a co-worker. Our group of six opted for the dining area rather than waiting for a hibachi table. We were seated promptly at a large 8-seater table in front of the sushi bar. This was a great spot for us, but be warned: in January, you'll get a frosty breeze every time the front door opens! And that's often, as they are busy! (I guess being busy can be a double-edged sword!... but I digress...) The food was absolutely terrific. I ordered hibachi noodles, Signature Maki, and crab rangoons. Everything was delicious, hot and beautiful to look at. My coworkers felt the same about their orders as well. Most impressively, our waiter went above and beyond for our gal Fio, who requested a drink order that wasn't on the menu that night—a fancy cocktail with a fish in it! Instead of making her order something else, he re-imagined it in a new way just so he could serve it to her. He was clearly experienced with larger parties and did a fantastic job engaging with our high-energy group at just the right level. Overall, a great vibe. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality. Waiter had zero issues with separate checks/special billing requests from our party. (There's always gotta be one in the group, doesn't there?) One heads-up: the parking lot gets so crowded at peak dinner times, that I had to drive around for 5–10 minutes to find a space, though once parked, it was a quick walk to the door. I enjoyed dining at Sakura with it's modern, cool, "it spot" feel. It might be a bit loud for a romantic or quiet dinner. For our celebration, it was just perfect!

Been here a couple times and have enjoyed every time we have been. The service is fantastic, the restaurant is very clean and modern and plenty of room. I have ate at the restaurant portion and have done hibachi a couple times as well. Both options are fantastic and you cant go wrong with either. The sushi is fantastic as a starter and we usually do the filet and shrimp hibachi but you cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Also the drinks are fantastic and they don’t mess around lol. Give this place a try and you wont be disappointed. We come here a lot and will continue to keep coming back fantastic restaurant.

First off I’m gonna start by saying this is probably really good before I even eat it. It looks really really good and well-made. It was fresh made at the bar and all the Japanese guys were at the bar just smiling and having a good time making all of my coworkers sushi.!!! I got the spicy girl chef‘s favorite, and the OMG, which was also a chef’s top pic. I also got a regular miso soup, which was good, but the sushi is absolutely phenomenal. The mermaid roll, which I tried from my coworkers plate is really good and it looks like a mermaid. I didn’t get any raw fish sushi, but the spicy girl has avocado, jalapeños, caviar, and a couple other things which is really fantastically good! Whoever leaves a review saying that these people don’t have good sushi is completely lying their butt off.!!! they also included a to go bag with soy sauce, two fortune cookies, two pairs of chopsticks and a spoon for my soup. I spent $40 and it was well worth it. I’m not sure if a roll is as much as I thought it was, but it definitely was enough food to fill you up to the point where you’re not overly full, but comfortably full also the service there was really good. They were extremely quick not only at the sushi bar, but the guy who bagged out the orders was very quick and did a very good job. I mentioned that I like the Japanese culture and he had a short conversation with me, which was very nice of him and considerate. He also was very good at remembering everybody’s names without having to ask twice which is a real A+ in my opinion.!!!

Went with a group of friends for my wife's bday. Had an absolute blast dinner was amazing and the show was the best part. Will 100% be returning Update 7/27/25 This has become our favorite spot for food, drinks, and atmosphere. The sushi is the best in the area, always fresh, very consistent. The whole place is so clean and nice, the bar is always hopping, and the bar tender "Ari" is our absolute favorite. He is becoming a local celebrity, knows everyone by name, takes the time to talk with customers and get to know them. Everyone loves him! And all his drinks are made with love. 10000% recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for great food!
